My name is Dan Alia – I am The Deconstructed Dad.
My family consists of two wonderful little boys (Ben is 7 and Ethan is 5), my wife Angie (the anchor of our family), parents and in-laws an hour away (the perfect distance), and a group of friends who I would go to the ends of the earth for.
I have spent the past 15 years in small businesses, medium-sized companies, and multiple Fortune 200 industry leading powerhouses. With a varied background in sales, channel management, marketing and training roles, I have a successful track record in selling everything from food in the restaurant industry, to power tools and accessories, all the way up to high-end medical devices in surgery.
Most recently I have been managing a team of corporate trainers across the country, while helping to run an extremely busy training facility.
Along the way, I realized I have a gift for building relationships, and an ability to simplify complicated issues in a professional and concise way.
Whether it is face to face with customers, on a job interview, or being a mentor for younger colleagues – I enjoy and excel at creating, building and maintaining relationships.
I attribute most of my success not only to my professional career, but also to the abilities I have developed from being engaged with my children and learning everyday from those experiences.
I truly believe if you work at building relationships, you can use those skills, along with the everyday lessons you learn from being a Dad to ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!
And now I want to take the knowledge and training I have learned over the years, along with the skills I have obtained from being an active Dad, AND SHARE IT WITH YOU!
